About me

My name is Eli and I am a 100m/200m sprinter that has represented Wales and have experienced multiple setbacks in my journey in athletics thus far. I have developed many strategies to help me return from injuries stronger than before and understand the struggle when returning to sport following injury. Between 2022 and 2024 I spent 3 seasons struggling with injury and at a point considered quitting the sport. Then I managed to turn things around in 2025 by running multiple personal bests and becoming more resilient than my previous self. Now I want to help you achieve the same thing!

Outside of athletics I graduated my Masters in Sport Psychology in 2024 and have since used my knowledge in the mental health sector and education sector. Coming out of my Masters, I began working for an organisation called Platfform as a Well-being Practitioner for young people which entailed designing well-being interventions for individuals that had experienced adversity and trauma.

I am now currently working as a Behaviour Manager in a school where I help pupils manage their emotions to help them regulate in school. Using my current skills and experience I would like to help you unlock a new level of resilience which will improve your mentality when returning to sport.
