Meet the team

Eli

A male athlete running on a blue track during a race, with blue stadium seats in the background. He wears a maroon tank top, navy shorts, and white running shoes, with a bib number 48. Starting blocks labeled 'MANCHESTER' are in front of him.

My name is Eli and I am a 100m/200m sprinter that has represented Wales and have experienced multiple setbacks in my journey in athletics thus far. I have developed many strategies to help me return from injuries stronger than before and understand the struggle when returning to sport following injury.

Outside of athletics I graduated my Masters in Sport Psychology in 2024 and have since used my knowledge in the mental health sector and education sector. Coming out of my Masters, I began working for an organisation called Platfform as a Well-being Practitioner for young people which entailed designing well-being interventions for individuals that had experienced adversity and trauma. I am eager in using my current skill set in helping you on your journey as well!

Scott

Hi I’m Scott, a HCPC Registered Sport and Exercise Psychologist and 400m Runner. I’ve been working as a practitioner for 5 years, supporting athletes from grassroots to international level, across a range of sports including athletics, canoe slalom, football, touch rugby, and skiing! My goal when working with athletes is to have a collaborative approach, utilising your knowledge of your sport and my expertise in sport psychology to find a solution that works for you! I emphasise helping you to identify and develop your strengths and explore how you can apply these to build confidence, overcome barriers and return from injury in the best mindset possible. As an athlete myself I know first hand how frustrating and isolating and injury can be and want to help you develop the tools and strategies that you can use to overcome this
